SHIPPING POLICY

Rajayogi Ayurveda offers shipping across India for all products on rajayogiayurveda.com, including Rajayogi Bee Pollen and other wellness items. This Shipping Policy outlines our standard shipping practices, timelines, charges and related terms.

Shipping Zones and Timelines

We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India via trusted courier partners. Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of order confirmation (payment success):

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Tier 1/2 Cities (e.g., Ambala, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow): 3–5 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Orders placed after 2 PM IST on weekdays or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Delays due to courier partner issues, weather, festivals or high order volumes are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999 (pre-tax).
  • Standard Shipping: Flat ₹99 for orders below ₹999, regardless of order value or location.
  • Bulk/COD Orders: Additional charges may apply; confirmed at checkout.

Taxes (GST) are added as per product category and your location. Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in case of returns or refunds.

Order Processing

  • Orders are packed carefully to ensure product safety (e.g., insulated packaging for temperature-sensitive items like bee pollen).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order is handed over to the courier (usually within 24–48 hours of payment).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available on select pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000.
  • COD fee: ₹99 (non-refundable).
  • Orders cancelled after courier handover or failed deliveries (3 attempts) may attract a return shipping fee of ₹150.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Pincodes under service restriction by couriers.

International shipping is currently unavailable.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Track your order using the provided link.
  • If not delivered within the estimated timeline + 3 days, contact us with your order ID.
  • For lost packages (verified by courier), we process replacement or refund after investigation (typically 7–10 days).
