Customer Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipping (within 24 hours of order confirmation).
- Contact us immediately with your Order ID via email or phone during support hours.
- No cancellations after the order is handed over to the courier. In such cases, refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
Rajayogi Ayurveda Cancellations
We may cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability or pricing/stock errors.
- Fraud detection, high-risk payments or incomplete KYC.
- Shipping restrictions (e.g., unservicable pincodes).
- Legal or regulatory issues.
Full refund (excluding any COD/shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Failed Deliveries
- COD orders with 3 failed delivery attempts will be cancelled automatically.
- A return shipping fee of ₹150 may apply for prepaid orders returned undelivered.

Refunds apply only if you receive:

- Non-delivery (after 10 days from expected delivery date, verified via tracking).
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened/used wellness products (e.g., bee pollen) due to hygiene/safety regulations.
- Change of mind, wrong size/address selected or normal wear.
- Shipping/COD charges (always non-refundable).
Refund Process
- Contact support with Order ID, issue description and proof.
- Our team verifies within 24–48 hours and approves refund/replacement/store credit.
- Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank processing time extra).
- For returns, follow our prepaid return label instructions (return shipping may apply).
